BG (Ret) Joe Smith, retired in January 2007 from the United States Army and has vast experience in leadership training and process improvement. Joe's last assignment as Director of Army Safety and Commanding General of the Combat Readiness Center was overseeing the risk management of a million man force in combat. Joe developed and implemented Composite Risk Management which helped reduce accidental deaths in the army by 20%. In retirement, Joe became the COO for a multi-million dollar Government Contracting company and is now leveraging this experience to shape SAVVI's future.
